1. Introduction

Welcome to Hutdrop ("Hutdrop", "we", "us", "our"). We provide a digital platform for users to request and purchase items from vendors—including Food, Over-the-Counter (OTC) Health Products, Groceries, and Package Delivery services—and have them delivered to their doorstep ("Services").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our platform. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and other applicable data protection laws.

2. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy will be reviewed annually to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.

We are continually improving our methods of communication and adding new functionalities to our platform.
