By accessing and using Hutdrop's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform") and the services provided through the Platform.

Hutdrop provides a platform for ordering and delivery of food, groceries, pharmaceuticals, and other goods, as well as package delivery services. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Hutdrop, a Hutdrop employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service
• Use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the service
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on the Hutdrop Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

When you place an order through the Platform:

• You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount
• Delivery fees and service charges apply as displayed at checkout

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated time frame.

Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

Verification: Our verification token system requires you to provide the delivery code to confirm receipt of your order.

Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it has been confirmed by the merchant. Once confirmed, cancellations are subject to the merchant's policy.

Refunds: Refunds are processed according to our refund policy. Valid refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

Refunds may be issued for: incorrect orders, missing items, quality issues, or failed deliveries due to circumstances within our control.

Hutdrop acts as an intermediary between you and our partner merchants. While we facilitate the transaction, the merchant is responsible for the quality and preparation of goods.

We are not liable for the actions or omissions of merchants, including issues related to food safety, product quality, or merchant operating hours.

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Hutdrop and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of the content without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hutdrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hutdrop and its employees, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
